Restructure March Update

The Burning Seed Restructure Committee is well into Stage 3 (of 4 eeep!). This stage entails the drafting of a brief, for each of the two entities, that will be submitted to lawyers to write the constitutions.

The deliberations about what goes into the brief all happen on Loomio. There are a few remaining Loomio workshops and proposals for the RC to get through, but they are big ones; like deciding on the terms of Membership - eligibility, rights, responsibilities etc.
