Red Earth Ecology Events
Welcome to the beautiful Red Earth County of Matong State Forest, which is our home during Burning Seed. We are standing on Wiradjuri land. Red Earth Ecology has been helping Seed participants, Theme camps and Org to better understand the ecosystems and our impact on the land for a decade.
Outside of Seed , Red Earth Ecology operates as a stand-alone NFP with a focus on ecology and regeneration, eco-psychology , and the way that art can be used to engage people with place.
Whether it’s ecology walks during Seed, regeneration projects with local villagers and farmers, or year-round site management and weed control, we aim to connect respectfully with Country, learning and changing together.
Come to our tent and say G’day during Seed, we’ve been getting up to heaps of interesting stuff and would love to connect.
