EVERYONE attending Seed buys a ticket… including organisers, volunteers and media
(All Volunteers allocated to a team may be offered a ticket to purchase from a
volunteer allocation held aside to ensure the event runs smoothly with the necessary crew. Minimum volunteer commitment for crew teams operating during the event is approximately 8-12 hours over the course of the 5 days)

Expressions of Interest are now being taken from people interested in helping pull together and run the next Burning Seed event as part of the new members-owned company, Sunburnt Events. Although dates are yet to be decided, we need to start moving important pieces to co-create the next Burning Seed.

Volunteer Teams for the next Burning Seed operating under new, community owned management
Communications - Publications, social media, websites development, newsletters.
Leave No Trace - MOOP masters educating us about leaving things better than we found them.
Sanctuary - Providing a caring chill space for those needing time out, and harm reduction information for a safe and fun burn - mental health first aid or prior Sanctuary experience required.
Build Crew - Set Up and Pack Down and everything in between. Construction/Trade experience preferred.
Rangers - Red Earth Rangers are a critical safety and communications team.
Participation Station/Info/Lost Property - Telling people where to go and where to find lost things
Sanitation - The most important shitty job on the Paddock
Entry Crew - includes Gate, Greeters and Traffic
Kitchen Crew - to assist with the crew cooking team
Publications - from design to print - What-Where-When, Survival Guide, Maps
Fire Enclave - Professional level Fire performers
Site Design and Set Up - Signage set up a few days before the event or pull down a few days after.
Crew Wrangling - Do you love herding cats?
Finance Committee - CPA or accounting expertise needed to prepare budgeting, financial controls and reporting to Town Council
Centre camp - Running the central space/stage - audio engineering experience preferred (2 positions)
Artery - Managing Art on the Paddock, providing art-related information to artists and participants
Ticketing - Ensuring a smooth process
Traffic Management Coordinator - join the team that guides and directs traffic on site
Site Design - Site layout, placement and integration
Fire Crew - Manage all the hot stuff - fire fighting experience needed
Theme Camps - Applications, grants, placement etc
Red MV - Manage mutant vehicles from application to site
Plumbing - Connecting up IBC water cubes for crew and work with Sanitation to ensure loos run smoothly
Site Operations - Experienced Site Managers, on-site administrators, WHS, site safety officers
Legal - The law is an Ass but we gotta play by it. Help with preparing or reviewing contracts
Ice Monarchs - Ice sales on the Paddock
Crew Appreciation - Coordinate schwag for teams
Effigy/Temple Support Build Crew - Qualified riggers, tradies and EWP ticket holders to support commissioned artists of major artworks.
